Who are we
Kuljeet Sibia (ARB) founded Diverse Dialogues to blend her extensive experience as an architect delivering large-scale projects and urban interventions, with her ability to inspire change and ‘join the dots.’ Her work centres on embedding social value into regeneration and advancing inclusive design. She has particular expertise in addressing the intersectionalities of inclusive design, spanning gender-informed practices, youth engagement, accessibility, race, and socio-economic factors.

Kuljeet Sibia – Founding Director
As a strategic advisor and advocate for community-driven approaches in architecture and urban design, Kuljeet’s multidisciplinary expertise includes architecture, planning, development, construction, and higher education. She combines creative vision-setting with a pragmatic focus on delivery and buildability.
Kuljeet bridges the private and public sectors, empowering underrepresented voices and fostering inclusive governance. She excels at uniting councils, developers, policymakers, and communities to shape spaces that reflect diverse needs and aspirations. A passionate advocate for social value, she translates innovative strategies and meaningful engagement processes into impactful, equitable outcomes.

Kuljeet has successfully navigated complex negotiations across a variety of project typologies—including mixed-use masterplans, residential developments, purpose-built student accommodation, co-living spaces, commercial offices, artist workspaces, and social enterprise headquarters. By challenging briefs, design proposals, engagement strategies, and social impact considerations, Kuljeet has consistently added value, driving projects that deliver broader community benefits and long-term sustainability.
Innovative Process Setting
Drawing on multidisciplinary expertise spanning architecture, urban planning, and construction, we establish forward-thinking processes in every stage of project delivery.
- Led the vision and development of the LLDC handbook ‘Creating Places that Work for Women and Girls’, setting new benchmarks for gender-informed urban planning and design.
- Project Led to bring local girls and young women into a ‘Co-Client’ team at LLDC, to deliver a space for Teenage Girls on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
- Leveraged expertise to drive GLA guidance on industry practices on architect retention and design monitoring, safeguarding design quality throughout the construction process.
